I am a keen runner so fully understand the types of injuries that occur and the most effective way of treating them through sports massage therapy.

  • Level 4 certificate in sports massage qualification (awarded by iTEC, endorsed by the register for exercise Professional (REPS)).
  • Qualified Level 4 running/athletics coach – UK Athletics accredited
  • Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer- CIMSPA and REPS accredited
  • Fully insured.
  • South Birmingham based.
